What you can do now

Tick steps as you go. Your progress stays in this browser.

  1. Open your mail in Gmail

Every email you sent or got in Notion Mail is also in Gmail. Use Gmail or any mail app that works with it.

  2. Check your Notion pages

Synced email databases stay in Notion, but they no longer get new emails. Mail blocks in pages still work.

  3. Set up labels again

If you saved your auto label instructions, a Notion agent with Gmail access can apply similar labels.

  4. Rebuild reminders and views

Reminders and inbox views did not carry over. Set them up again in your new mail app.
