Time to bail on Jira, Confluence and JSM Cloud prices? Partly. New list prices since October 13, 2026. A pending annual quote keeps old prices if paid by November 11, 2026.
On our scale this is Get ready: some people are hit, not all. Check if you are one of them, and get ready to move.
Atlassian raised cloud list prices on October 13, 2026. This covers Jira, Confluence and other apps. A pending annual quote keeps the old price if you pay it by November 11, 2026.
Here are the facts we checked:
- New prices from: October 13, 2026 (Pacific Time) (Atlassian)
- Last day for a pending annual quote: November 11, 2026 (Atlassian)
- Annual quote rule: Monthly customers who asked for an annual quote before October 13, 2026 keep existing pricing if they pay before it expires (Atlassian)
- Apps and plans: Teamwork Collection, Jira, Confluence and Jira Service Management (Standard, Premium, Enterprise); Guard; Bitbucket Premium; Jira Product Discovery (Atlassian)
- Paid cloud subscriptions on these plans: New list prices from October 13, 2026 (Atlassian)
The new price shows up at renewal. Many people only see it when the card is charged.
You do not have to accept it. You can export your data and move while your paid time runs.

Who is affected
Paid cloud subscriptions on these plans: New list prices from October 13, 2026.
Export takes some work. Do not leave it for the last day.
The date to remember is November 11, 2026. After that, it may be too late to save what you need.
What to do before November 11
- Pay a pending annual quote in time. If you asked for an annual quote before October 13, pay it before it expires. It cannot go past November 11.
- Remove users who left. Each paid seat costs more now. Remove inactive users before your next bill.
- Compare before you renew. Check the new price against your budget and other tools before the renewal date.
A few rules help every move go well:
- Keep the old account open until the new tool works. Do not cancel first.
- Keep every export in two places, like your laptop and a cloud drive.
- Test the new tool with a small part of your data before you move it all.
- Tell your users or team once, in one short and clear message.
How to tell your users
Send one short email. Say what changed, where to find you now, and what they need to do. Put the most important line first.
If there is a date, send a short reminder a few days before it. Keep a copy of the list you sent it to.
