1. Find calls to the three models. Search your code, agents and coding tools for gpt-5.1, gpt-5.3-codex and gpt-5.4-nano.
2. Switch to the named replacement. gpt-5.1 and gpt-5.3-codex go to gpt-6-sol. gpt-5.4-nano goes to gpt-6-luna.
3. Test before April 1. Run your usual prompts and coding tasks. Check output, speed and cost.
